This one-day course provides a general overview of the concepts, requirements and benefits of using an energy management system based on the ISO 5000 standard. An experienced instructor will discuss the requirements outlined in ISO 50001 and explain how developing and systematically managing policies and procedures can improve energy efficiency, help to achieve targets, and reduce energy costs. Moreover, the course will highlight the value of integrating ISO 50001 with other management systems, such as ISO 14001.

Using a step-by-step process, this two-day course provides guidance on how to implement an ISO 50001 energy management system (EnMS). During this two-day course, you will be guided you through the elements of an energy management internal audit based on ISO 50001:2011 and ISO 19011:2002. ISO 50001:2011 Energy Management System Lead Auditor

The ISO 50001:2011 Lead Auditor Course provides you with the skill and knowledge to conduct and lead effective energy management system (EnMS) audits in accordance with the requirements of ISO 50001:2011 and ISO 19011:2002. The course explains the principles and practices of independent auditing for an EnMS, and guides participants through the entire audit process from managing an audit program to reporting on audit results.
