Course Description
BSI’s “ISO 9001:2008 Executive Overview Webinar” discusses how management can support and optimize an ISO 9001:2008 process-based quality management system, as well as the roll of, and benefits to, top management members. Participants will receive a high-level introduction to the 5 clauses of ISO 9001:2008 with an emphasis on clause 5, “Management Responsibility.” The webinar includes exercises, and participants are encouraged to ask specific questions about quality management systems or ISO 9001:2008, as they apply to their organizations.
