Course Description
BSI’s “Overview of ISO 9001:2008 Webinar” discusses how management can support and optimize an ISO 9001:2008 process-based quality management system. Participants will receive a high-level introduction to the 5 clauses of ISO 9001:2008, the steps for implementation and the registration process. The webinar includes exercises, and participants are encouraged to ask specific questions about quality management systems, or ISO 9001:2008, as they apply to their organizations.

Prerequisite
This webinar is an introductory course designed for managers with no previous knowledge of ISO 9001:2008 or quality management systems.
