Course Description
BSI's Internal Auditor Course teaches the principles and practices of effective internal audits in accordance with the ISO 9000 series of standards and ISO 19011, "Guidelines for Quality and/or Environmental Management Systems Auditing." Experienced instructors guide students through internal audits that are required for a quality management system based on ISO 9001:2008. Students gain necessary auditing skills through a balance of formal classroom tutorials, practical role-playing, group workshops, and open forum discussions.

- Explain the differences between internal, external and third party Quality Management System auditing
- Explain and demonstrate all essential steps and techniques required for Quality Management System auditing, from planning through audit follow up
