This workshop focuses on how to manage your supply base in order to build an effective mutual relationship.

Through interactive and hands on exercises you will learn how to develop supplier selection criteria that is meaningful and manageable within your company. You will also learn effective techniques for assessing supplier performance and how to communicate and improve on poor supplier performance (even if the supplier is a division / parent of your own company).
