Course Description

This workshop focuses on corrective action techniques and structure to develop effective corrective action systems. You will gain knowledge of the steps within a corrective action process as well as outline effective methods to develop and identify effective root cause analyses and long term corrective action.

Through the interactive and hands on exercises you will learn how to manage NCR’s and identify when a corrective action is required. You will develop the skills needed for problem identification, root cause analyses and effective long term corrective actions.
