Course Description

BSI’s “Root Cause Analysis” course is designed specifically for organizations working within the service sector.  The 2-day course is designed to provide a working understanding of the application of the 8D Problem Solving methodology in a service environment.  Students will practice problem solving methodologies in scenarios crafted around an extensive case study.  The mixture of tutorial and practical exercises is designed to allow attendees to return to their organizations and play a creative and effective part in a problem solving team or environment.
