Course Description
BSI’s "Understanding BS 25999” will provide participants with an understanding of business continuity management programs. This introductory course is based on industry best practices and guidelines for business continuity including the new Business Continuity Management Code of Practice released by BSI, BS 25999-1:2006, and the American National Standard for Disaster/Emergency Management and Business Continuity Programs, ANSI/NFPA 1600, developed by the National Fire Protection Association. Practical exercises and lecture will help students understand the benefits of business continuity management in their organizations.
