BSI’s “Key Changes to ISO 9001” course provides a high-level overview of the changes recently made to the quality management system standard ISO 9001. This eLearning program will lead participants through the differences between the 2000 and 2008 versions of the standard, and will provide examples of how the changes could affect an organization’s quality management system.

Prerequisite
This is a transition course designed for individuals with some experience or previous knowledge of quality management systems and ISO 9001. This course will not cover ISO 9001:2008 in detail; only changes from the previous version are discussed.
